It was this: once he starts moving, the bolted ring will sense his movement and will explode, killing him, if he ever decellerated. After he screamed, Mirror Master gave him one last message. He was not quick enough though and his hand got bolted. He ended up doing the heroic thing and tried to save the persons life. He had a choice to make to save the persons life, or spare the potential suffering. But, if he did not pull his hand out fast enough, a metal ring would be bolted to his wrist. The only way he ciuld save the civilian is if he stuck his hand into a hole in it and turn of the mechanism on the inside of the chamber. He found a civillian held captive in a clear chamber the was about to kill the victim. After The Flash defeated all of the Mirror Master clones, he rushed to the next car. Whrn he got to the train's interior, he had to face Mirror Master, who was stealing millions of dollars on atrain where the victim was held captive. This took place on a speeding train that The Flash was, no doubt, easily able to catch. The Flash's part of the contingency plan was that he was tricked into saving a persons life who was in a clear chamber and was about to be killed. Each part of the contingency plan was gear specifically to the weakness of each specific member of the Justic League. He is likely not trying cery hard, as he does not even break a sweat.(SPOILER ALERT) In the movie, Justice League Doom (great movie), Vandall Savage, a man who has incredible intelect because he was a cave man who was exposed to the radiation of a strange meteor that fell from the sky, which gave him endless youth, breaks into Batman's contingincy plan files, which were created as an emergency protocol incase any of the JL members go bad, to destroy the Justice League to rule the world because he believed that a mind like his would be fit as the ruler of the world. During the race, Sonic never really showed any sign of fatigue, or much effort for that matter, during the race, so the auddience doesn't really know if Sonic is just toying around with Uncle Sam. Also keep in mind that Sonic has never really shown any sign of weakness or struggle at any speed, over a course of time, for example, the race with Uncle Sam's rocket powered, billion dollar race car that took place over many miles, in Sonic X. So, you cannot count Super Sonic, rings, Light Dash Shoes, or any other item that could possibly aid him in terms of speed. However this does count as an outside item, as do the Chaos Emeralds, which allow him to go Super, and cannot be include as I assume that this is just a foot race. Also, Sonic has the Light Dash ability where he follows a trail of rings at exactly light speed, through the use of an obtainable item, the 'Light Dash Shoes'. But what if he charged it for approximately 6 seconds? Would that mean that he is moving at TWICE the speed of light? And the multiples continue forever, assuming that it is linear and it doesn't eventaully put too much strain on his body. But what if Sonic didn't stop charging? It takes approximately 3 seconds to charge a Light Speed attack. In Sonic Adventure 2, both Sonic AND Shadow are able to do this, by charging to just enough until they are capable of the Light Speed teqnique (assuming that it really does make them travel at light speed), then stop charging, for they have enough energy. But as for regular Sonic, I think it would be close, but I still think that Soniv would edge out The Flash by a small margin since Sonic has the Light Speed technique (incase anyone forgot) where he curles up in a spin dash and charges his energy. If you are not serious about this debate, this post is not worth your time, as it is long.ДЄs Super Sonic, The Flash would not stand a fraction of a chance, as Super Sonic has never been identified with a limit to his speed, which basically means he can accelerate elndlessly.
